This award was established by the National Alumni Alumni Board in 1975 and the first award was made in 1976. The purpose of the award is to recognize individuals who have performed a special service or displayed exceptional diligence on behalf of the National Alumni Association.
Qualifications
Special Service awards are given for either extended service, for completing a special project, or for successfully completing a program on the behalf of the National Alumni Association or the Alumni Relations Office.
Eligibility
To be eligible a person must be a graduate of the University of Dayton with an associate, bachelor's, master's, or doctoral degree.
